Law
The Law editorial board of ANU Press welcomes thoughtful full-length monographs and edited collections (around 80,000–100,000 words), as well as shortform books (around 30,000–40,000 words), in all areas of law and legal studies.
We welcome proposals from scholars based anywhere in the world. We especially welcome proposals in which the research methodology is well justified and calibrated to the research questions.
Our editorial board has broad interdisciplinary experience. We also have particular expertise in civil procedure, empirical legal studies, evidence law, gambling law, intellectual property, international economic law, psychology and law, scientific and statistical evidence, and technology regulation.
