Do I have to pay to download ebooks?

There is no charge for downloading our ebooks.

 

Can I print and copy my ebooks?

Readers may print a copy of an ANU Press ebook for their private and professional use, but commercial printing or reprinting is strictly prohibited. Further information on ANU copyright is available.

 

How do I obtain an ebook?

Browse our titles, read the blurb and find one that you like. Choose your format and click the link. You are free to print out a copy for personal use if you require, but you also have the option of buying a print-on-demand copy through the online shopping cart. If you have any problems, contact us by email (anupress@anu.edu.au) and we will endeavour to help you.

 

Do I need special software or hardware to read ebooks?

All you need is your personal computer, laptop or ebook reader. If you’d like to view PDF versions of books, please ensure that you have the most recent version of Adobe Reader on the system (can be freely downloaded from Adobe). You can view online titles through any internet browser. ePub and mobi files are suitable for downloading onto ebook readers. In some instances, limited file types may be available for download.
